me and my husband went to Indonesian consulate in causeway bay, hongkong view month ago. we need the document noterization done from them. we have to fight with the unprofesional staff and still not get any resolve, we have to go home with disapoinment, unbelieveable, and make me dont want to go back.This is not my 1st times.
and when I met some indonesian who currently live and work in Hk, and mostly domestic helper. basicly they have same problem but they never say anything.
it's simple things for indonesian consulate to do, but i dont know and dont understand their role.
The consulate of indonesia in Hk should stand and help their people, make better service for everyones of us (indonesian) no matter what our status and dont make harder on us......!!!!!!
