I am really dissapointed with Indonesian embassy in Guangzhou. The operator speaks in Chinese. I am indonesian citizen and I lost my passport in guangzhou. I tried to call the embassy but always busy then they speak chinese. really crazy

I am a pakistani student in southwest jiaotong university, chengdu, china. I need to go to solo,indonesia to present at an international conference (ICRMCE) from 8-10 march 2012. How can I process my visa (6 to 7 days only)from chengdu. Where I can get the application form and what documents needed? Is there any on line system to apply or can I send my application through Fax? Visa fee and processing time?

Dear Sir/Madam
We are sending some participants to the 6th APCRSHR, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, to be held in October 2011. I have tried to visit the embassy web site www.indonesianembassy-china.org for the Visa information. Unfortunately, it doesn`t work or it might be under construction.
Therefore we would like to have a detailed information on Visa issue to Indonesia.
Could you please kindly provide us the following information:
1. Possibility of the entrance without Visa to Indonesia of those who occupies UNLP and Mongolian official passport.
2. Possibility of getting Visa on Arrival for the UN delegates to the Conference.
3. In case above two options are excluded could you kindly inform us the Materials and Timing needed to obtain Visa, as well where to get/or download the Visa Application Form.
4. Possibility of online Visa application.
5. How to make the Visa fee, It wwould be kind if you clarify the the amount of the fee, bank address and the account number to make the payment.
