We want to report have one of company in srilanka criminal with our cargo, we have 2 cargo stock now in colombo. Total value invoice for both cargo is more than 70k. He request to me for first cargo he need payment 8k dp and balance DA 09/06/2016. But until today he just paid 8k for 1fcl our cargo, he said want to pay if both conteienr he give to him. I am already talk with S AND D if second cargo we will give to another our client name is FAR EAST TRADING. Why we said they criminal, he said have different order, then we send foto of loading also tally shet already before shipment. We do shipment from jakarta 22 may 2016 but Until today they never responds our wa aplication, email, and sms. Name of company in srilanka is S AND D INTERNATIONAL, The person responsibility in this company name is Damith with contact person :+94766489325. We very difficult try to solve with him, now he already dissapeare. i hope with embassy indo in srilanka we can got help, so this issue will be clear ASAP. Reg cronology letter and another our convertation with S AND D and a proof DA from bank, we will send to you ASAP.

Dengan Adanya Peraturan Pemerintah Indonesia dalam hal ini Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan yang melarang untuk meng export Kepiting Betina maka saya mecoba mecari exporter diluar Negeri yang dapat menutupi permintaan Buayer saya di Shanghai China.
Saya mencoba untuk Mencari di internet Perusahaan Seafood Exporter dan saya dapatkan Perusahaan di Srilanka yang bernama :

Perusahaan tersebut kelihatannya cukup Legal dimana mempunyai Website alamat lengkap. Dan awal pembicaraan saya dengan pemilik perusahaan tersebut diatas cukup baik dan menjanjikan.dan Setelah saya negosiasi tentang masalah Harga, Document export dan sebagainya maka saya mencoba meng order 300 Kilogram Kepiting hidup untuk di kirim Ke Shanghai dengan Total harga USD. 2800, atau IDR. Rp. 38.000.000 dengan sistim pembayaran TT Cash Payment, yang saya telah transfert ke rekeningnya sejak tagl 1- 03 – 2016 ( tiga bulan yang lalu ).

Sejak diterimanya uang yang saya telah transfer Mereka membuat segala macam alas an dan hingga saat ini belum pernah mengirim. Saya menghubungi lewat tepon, dan teleponnya tak pernah diangkat, saya kirim E-mail, namum juga tak tak pernah dibalas

Hal ini saya telah laporkan Ke Keduataan/ Konsulat Srilanka di Jakarta, Namum Beliau menyuruh juga untuk menghubungi Keduataan / Konsulat Indonesia di Srilanka.
Saya telah beberapa kali Menghubungi Bapak lewat e-mail, namum tertolak/ Email Saya tidak sampai ke Inbox bapak.

Pada kesempatan ini saya mecoba memposting permasalahan yang saya alami ini dan mudah mudahan Bapak Duta/ Konsulat Indonesia di Srilanka dapat membacanya sekaligus dapat membantu permasalahan saya ini setidaknya uang saya dapat dikembalikan.

Ref. COMPLAINT MESSAGE WITH ONE COMPANY IN SRILANKA

For several times I have sent mail to Srilanka Embassy in Jakarta, but I didn’t get a positive respond relate to our Problem with one of Seafood Company in Srilanka, So on this opportunity we would like to repeat our information, and we hope Mr. Embassy and Mr. Consulate as well as the Government of Srilnka can help us to find it’s solution.

My Name is” Alam “ worked in tourism and my company name ALAMNUSANTARA TUR , and My Brother is “ Hengky “ as seafood exporter and his company name “ HOKKY SEAFOOD “ in Sulawesi of Indonesia ans as Legal Company and we attaching our Company licenses from the the Government of Indonesia
My Brother as seafood exporter and merely He export about live mud crab Latin name ( Scylla Seratta ) to Taiwan and Shanghai China. But the new rule of Indonesian Ministry of fishery department has forbidden to export the Female of live mud crab.

By this reason My Brother “ Hengky “ asked me to looking for the legal of seafood company in abroad who can export / to provide his market in Shanghai China.
I have tried to search some of seafood company in internet and I found the Address of seafood company in Srilanka with company name “ KUSHUHARA TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED “ It’s look like Legal company because it has website and be attaching in all portal of seafood company in internet, and where for it website you can visit at : www.kushuhara.com , and his owner/Director Att. Mr. Kurunaratne , his phone number +94 714987987, E-mail : info@kushuhara.com

Our First Contact, He has a good sound and very promise because He can export about 5- 7 Ton per week complete with document . ( We attaching our first letter to him and his answer )
After negotiation about term of shipment and Price , I try to order for 300 Kg, as trial shipment and He give us invoice and contract agreement and TT 100 % Cast payment with total Price USD. 2.800 or Indonesian Rupiah IDR. 38.000.000,- which we transferred to his Account on March 01 – 2016.
( We attaching the receipt bank transferred )
After he received my Transferred payment, he made some reason with unreasonable reason and He never shipment according to our appointments, and the last email, he said to us that he don’t want to refund our payment one cent because he has made and give us invoice. And he ask me to waiting the document export which be issued by srilanka government
( What useful of invoice and we need the live mud crab ). Really He is a liar man and deceiver and we hope the government of Srilanka is not to allow to drive his mafia business and revoke his licenses of company

Conclusion :
We would like to ask the kind attention of Srilanka Embassy and Consulate of Srilanka in Indonesia all Department of srilanka Govermant to mediate our problem and May Mr. Kurunartane can refund / transfer back my payment. And if you can not help us, We shall be try to order a server website and we expose in internet to all business men / entrepreneur in the world that be carefully to connect with srilanka company.
