MOHON BANTUAN PEMBANGUNAN MUSHOLLA UNTUK SMA

Saat ini KBRI Beirut di Lebanon tengah menampung sejumlah WNI/TKW asal Suriah untuk kemudian dipulangkan ke Indonesia.

Selanjutnya menanggapi pertanyaan bapak, kami telah mengecek dalam data kami di KBRI Beirut, namun tidak terdapat nama Siti Nurul Watonia alias Luluk binti Meskari di penampungan KBRI Beirut.

Kemungkinan yang bersangkutan masih berada di Suriah. Untuk itu kiranya bapak bisa menghubungi salah satu staff konsuler KBRI Damascus, Suriah ke Bpk. Windu S. (+963 935288865) untuk mendapatkan informasi lebih lanjut.

Answer to Mohamad Al Maidani
Dear Al Maidani,

You can come to Indonesia by firstly obtaining the appropriate visa at our embassy.

As for the type of visas and its requirements are as follows:

Tourist Visa

1. Visa application form.
2. Valid passport with expiration date no less than 6 (six) months.
3. Copy of valid passport.
4. Roundtrip plane ticket.
5. Hotel reservation during the stay in Indonesia
6. 2 (two) recent photo size 4x6 cm.
7. Statement from workplace regarding the employment status and monthly salary.
8. Latest bank statement (3 month prior), legalize by the bank.

Business Visa – Single Entry

1. Visa application form.
2. Valid passport with expiration date no less than 6 (six) months.
3. Copy of valid passport.
4. Invitation and/or sponsor letter from business partner(s) in Indonesia regarding the purpose of the visit, addressed to Indonesia Embassy in Beirut.
5. Copy of business permit in Lebanon, and its translation in English.
6. Roundtrip plane ticket.
7. Hotel reservation during the stay in Indonesia
8. 2 (two) recent photo size 4x6 cm.
9. Statement from workplace regarding the employment status, and appointment to act on behalf of the company to deal with the counterpart(s) in Indonesia.
10. Latest bank statement (3 month prior), legalize by the bank.


Business Visa – Multiple Entries

1. Visa application form.
2. Valid passport with expiration date no less than 18 (eighteen) months.
3. Copy of valid passport.
4. Invitation and/or sponsor letter from business partner(s) in Indonesia regarding the purpose of the visit, addressed to Indonesia Embassy in Beirut.
5. Copy of business permit in Lebanon, and its translation in English.
6. Roundtrip plane ticket.
7. Hotel reservation during the stay in Indonesia
8. 2 (two) recent photo size 4x6 cm.
9. Statement from workplace regarding the employment status, and appointment to act on behalf of the company to deal with the counterpart(s) in Indonesia.
10. Latest bank statement (3 month prior), legalize by the bank.
11. If we deem necessary, an approval letter from the Directorate General of Immigration, Ministry of Law and Human Right Republic of Indonesia.

Social and Cultural Visa

Family Visit

A. Children That Will Follow His/Her Parent(s):

1. Visa application form.
2. Valid passport with expiration date no less than 6 (six) months.
3. Copy of valid passport.
4. Sponsor letter from his/her parent(s), or relative(s) that has Indonesian citizenship stating that they will cover all of the child’s living expenses and accommodation during his/her stay in Indonesia.
5. Copy of the parent(s) valid passport or other valid identity.
6. Copy of the parent’s marriage certificate.
7. Copy of the children’s birth certificate.
8. 2 (two) recent photo size 4x6 cm.
9. Plane ticket.

B. Wife That Will Follow Her Indonesian’s Husband (vice versa)

1. Visa application form.
2. Valid passport with expiration date no less than 6 (six) months.
3. Copy of valid passport.
4. Sponsor letter from his/her Indonesian partner.
5. Copy of the partner’s valid passport or other valid identity.
6. Copy of the marriage certificate.
7. 2 (two) recent photo size 4x6 cm.
8. Roundtrip plane ticket.

Student Visa:

1. Visa application form.
2. Valid passport with expiration date no less than 6 (six) months.
3. Copy of valid passport.
4. Letter of Acceptance from educational institution in Indonesia.
5. Recommendation letter from Media and Social Cultural Section, Indonesia Embassy in Beirut.
6. 2 (two) recent photo size 4x6 cm.
7. Guarantee letter to finance the stay during study in Indonesia.

For visa services hours are as follows:
Monday - Thursday:
- 09.00 – 12.00 : Submission
- 14.00 – 15.00 : Collection

Friday:
09.00 – 12.00 : Collection

Processing period : 2 (two) working days after day of submission (unless further notice)

All application requirements must be fulfilled before submitting it.

If visa approved, please make the payment by depositing it through Bloom Bank, account number 1752956, under the name “Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Beirut Consular Section”. Receipt of deposit must be shown before collecting the visa.
No cash payment will be accepted.
