Asking a recommendation letter
Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Mansoor Alam from Pakistan. I obtained my BSc degree in Mechatronics Engineering in 2016 from University of engineering and technology Peshawar.
Now I need to apply for Indonesia University through the financial support of Indonesia government scholarship. However, during an online application, they ask me to attach the recommendation letter from the Indonesia embassy.
Therefore, as far as to complete my online application, would you mind to send a recommendation?

Request for Recommendation Letter
Dear Sir/Madam

First of all, I want to appreciate the attractive scholarship which is given by your government for the citizens of developing countries to improve their knowledge.

My name is Tsegay Weldu form Jigjiga, Ethiopia. I acquired my B.Sc. degree in Agricultural Engineering and Mechanization which is a 4 year program from Institute of Technology from Hawassa University, Ethiopia in 2008. Then after, I assigned as assistant lecturer in Jigjiga University through Ministry of Education still I am working at in the same organization as a full lecturer in the department of Water Resource and Irrigation Engineering at College of Engineering and Technology since my M.Sc degree acquired on April, 2013. I obtained my M.Sc degree in Irrigation Engineering from Arba-Minch University, Institute of Water Technology. I was searching for scholarship through internet with out limiting my time and I found kemitraan negara berkembang (knb) scholarship for students from developing countries. It is the very interesting scholarship and I hoped to be part of it. I even check the programs given in you universities related to my educational background and I found them very tantalize for upgrading my career either horizontally (for second masters)and vertically (for third degree)in one of your universities.I initiated to apply for Indonesia university through the financial support of Indonesia government scholarship for developing countries program. However, when I apply through online for the KBN scholarship I inquired to attach recommendation letter from the Indonesian embassy. Hence, to complete my online application, would you mind to give me a recommendation letter?

Thanks for giving your consideration. I'll keep forward for your encouraging response using this email address

I'm ready to answer for additional information you ask me.

Warm regards,
Tsegay Weldu
