Tried to complete the on line form for the indian visa disasater it freezes and does not allow me to proceed. really concerned about the process and the website. The error messages in my computer were that it is not certified and not safe. What is going on?

Is there a problem in the website, I have been filling in online application for visa for me and my family but after completing the first page, it will not let me save it. I have read somewhere in your website that all application for visa is now only online? Please advise further as this is quite urgent.
Diss satisfied with the way the visas are process.i like many others pleaded with the staff ,that if i dont get my visa stamped,please return mine and my husbands passports back,was told by the staff that October is the beginning of peak time.when i filled the form it stated that it will take about 10 -maybe 14 day.the staff told me no it take up to 21 days,it is not the staffs fault.It is the fault of Indian high
We are NZ citizens and applied for Indian visa 3 weeks ago. We haven't got it yet and we are flying on Friday to Srilanka. WE need our passport even without the visa.
