We are govt. of India registered private limited company in India doing business in India. We are in the process to tie up with Polish Company for which they have requested to get a statement issued by the Indian Embassy in Poland indicating the status of our company as a Govt. of India registered Pvt. Ltd Company. Please explain whether we should send a formal letter to you with our MoA/AoA with objective clause, certificate of incorporation etc. how much amount we need to pay and in how many days can we receive the letter.
