LOST PASSPORT.
Sir,
I am Neil Joseph from india. Im a student now in lithuania. i joined in kaunas university of technology. On the way to Lithuanina i lost my passport (passport no: K7827139.) in Brussels airport on 30/01/2013 just after the immigration. I lost my passport with my friends bag. he also lost many of his certificates and valuables. We have registered a complaint in Brussels Airport police station. But the complaint is registered in my friends name mentioning my passport too. I have an old passport (expired) as well as the scanned copy of the passport and visa. I want to know the PROCEDURES to take new passport. Hoping a positive reply as soon as possible. Please reply to my email id : neiljosephmoses@gmail.com

Regarding the foreign marriage register
Respected Sir ,
My name is Harish Poojari , i got married in Lithuania with a Lithuanian girl , her name is Sigita Balciunaite . We did a register marriage over there and now i want to make our marriage valid in India too . I didn't knew that i have to register or certified our marriage by the Indian High Commission in Lithuania .
Now i'm in India , can i register or certified our marriage directly in India .
