I am Neil Joseph from india. Im a student now in lithuania. i joined in kaunas university of technology. On the way to Lithuanina i lost my passport (passport no: K7827139.) in Brussels airport on 30/01/2013 just after the immigration. I lost my passport with my friends bag. he also lost many of his certificates and valuables. We have registered a complaint in Brussels Airport police station. But the complaint is registered in my friends name mentioning my passport too. I have an old passport (expired) as well as the scanned copy of the passport and visa. We did a register marriage over there and now i want to make our marriage valid in India too . I didn't knew that i have to register or certified our marriage by the Indian High Commission in Lithuania .
