I cannot fathom HOW you are allowed to treat people the way you do. I hope you come to your senses and act in accordance with decency and allow your citizens dignity and respect. I know, you're Indian citizens so these words might be too big for you. I will spell it out slowly:
Stop the annoying procedures and treat everyone with respect.
