Every body is aware that India is the second largest vegetable producing country in the World. But unfortunately we are unable to export the Indian green vegetables to foreign countries far away from India as the vegetables are large in volumes and also contains huge weight and further they are very quickly rotting and decaying category.Here we are making dehydrated organic vegetables which can be transported very easily and at a very low cost even by air. The consumer can also keep the vegetable for few months without any cooling or heating machinery. Further these vegetables will turn to its original greenish pattern after cooking with higher taste than the green vegetables.Only disadvantage in the method is that the vegetables will loose its 25% strength and but it can be adjustable from the 90% saving in the transport charges and also by consuming little high. Therefore the people of Netherlands will not hesitate by the dehydrated vegetables from India where the vegetables are grown on a herbal growing lands. we request the Embassy to send a list of importers in Netherlands so as to export the dehydrated vegetables and improve improve the foreign exchange and also exploit the unemployment problem by way of wooing the educated youngsters to the import and export business.We hope that the Embassy will help us to serve the country.
