Indian visas are handled by agents in several Israeli cities. I know the one in Haifa called Shin-mem its on Haatzmaut st. Be very careful as they are rude and unreliable.Ask them 3 times what you need for the visa because they will always come up with sth new.They charge way above the official 23 shekels posted by the embassy site and the woman there is absolutely disgusting.
