I'm Begis and live in Karakalpakstan!Last year I sent my applics to ITEC program twice but unfortunality I was late.I know from internet sourses that ITEC is bigger chance to learn English and to make a lot of english-speaking friends.So I'll try this year too,and God likes,I'll be selected.
