They told they will ship the material on 20th of Feb,2014 and now for the last 10 days they are not replying our mail or not even attending the phone or fax.
We needs our money back since they signed guarantee letter and contract agreement also.

Out of that we had send 30 / advance later on we had added sum spare part so she had send new invoice of 15,137.50 ,
And she had send mail saying that due our company a/ c problem we had change bank so send balance payment as invoice and a/c number .
So again we had send mail for conformation saying you need payment in bank of china or china construction bank .
We got replied from same sarover and same mail address saying that please deposit payment in china construction bank .
Now we deposited balance payment they says this is not our bank & some body has hake my a/c .
