Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a PhD student between University of Genova and University of Zurich. I am a alumni from IIT Bombay, Mumbai, India.
Very unfortunately I lost my passport on Jan 15th 2010 in Genova and then I applied for 10 year passport in Milan but after 3 month I got a duplicate passport for 1 year (with expiry date in March 2012)and now I am still waiting for a 10 year passport.
Please tell me how to get a passport for 10 years, in this case.
I have to travel a lot in Europe mainly between Genova and Zurich with 1 year passport it's very difficult. also I have to get permesso for next year. Please please help me. my email id
