SERVICE MONEY (ESB)
Dear Sir,

This is from Samuel Namaraj Daniel Jebakumar from Chennai, India. I worked in Saudi Arabia from 19.12.2007 to 20.03.2012.
Finally I came to India on 20.03.2012 by Exit/Re-entry Visa. But, due to some family problems I can't able to go back to Saudi Arbia.
Hence, I sent my resignation to my company by e-mail and requested to release and deposit my ESB amount in my account. But there is no response from my company.
Is it possible to get my ESB? Please advise me what to do to get ESB?

assalamualaikum,dear sir i syed sami from karnataka(india) came to riyadh (saudi arabia), in august 24 2011, i am working as an draughtman here, sir this august i will finish my contract, so i dont want to continue here in this company,sir its not a company its a small firm run by a sauidmen(kafil) i hav a 9 hrs duty n they r forcing me to work extra t hrs daily n they r nt paying for it i vl get mthey will cut my salary witout any reason wen i asked them the reason they will shout on me in this 22 months hardly i recieved 7 to 8 times my fully salary,i hav informed them that once my aggrement is finish i dnt want to continue with them, i hav given then 2 application in 13may n 2 june,but they are nt replying me my kafil telling me that how can u go to india i vl see who will help u,i am a saudi nobody can touch me so please sir help me out my mail id is syesami931@yahooin

MAX 2000 CHARACTERS esidence ID for one year,After one year I call sponsor to renewal of id ,then he call to unaisa ,that is his place ,I go to unaisa and give full amount, and I get new id ,six month later I go to him again ,I want to go vacation.give money, he make me 6 month re-entry,After 2 month I came back and go to unaisa give passport and get id.now my id expire.one month before expire ,I call sponsor to renew id ,He told me you are ballak, then I go to sponsor, he give me my passport.I cam back to Riyadh,again call ,he ask me 4000/-sr for removal of ballak/hurobe.I give 4000sr . now 2 week complete,he didn't do anything or not answer my call,what I can do in this situation?, Please give me answer by mail.
