Requirement of Death Certificate
Sir I am a widow of Mr.Kadar Latif Shirgaonkar who expired while going to Umrah in bus due to cardiac arrest. He is buried there itself and i have not received any death certificate as my inlaws do not wish to give the same and i request you to please send me the death certificate or guide me in this matter. my Email ID is s.farhath@yhaoo.co.in and farhath665@gmail.com

As you are aware, I would like to draw your attention. My father was worked in globe stevedoring project - Jubail above 25 years. He had some sugar & stroke problem and he admitted in the hospital on 23rd February 2012. Unfortunately he had passed away on 2nd May 2012.
My father passed away before 8 month until now, there is no response from your side for his death certificate and final settlement, I need your attention. That I didn’t receive my father death certificate and final settlement. Now my family financial position very bad, therefore kindly make arrangements of it.
As per above, reference take necessary action.
