I am planning for haiti visit. Just wanted to know about Visa.

I got to know If I am travelling from New Delhi -->Panama city --> Port au Prince, there will be no Visa but Travelling through other route like Paris or london or Miami there will be Visa required. Kindly guide me for Visa

Sir, Let us know on behalf of my friend living in India currently received an offer letter from Haiti,AVIS Rent a car with 2700 dollars per month ,and They are telling that they are sending interview letter through which I can enter Haiti and then they are appointing me cancelling my return tickets.
