Iam a Ph.D student in India but travelled back home for three years ago due to domestic issues. My passport expired and i have it renewed. Now the embasssy wants me to pay 16,000Ksh for student visa despite having all documents required at hand. despite all these the fee i need to pay is approx. 6000\ksh. The visa issuing officer talked to me so rudely and told me to disappear. What a behavor? Who can help me?.. We need a PRO in this Embassy based in Nairobi.

I want to renew my wife's passport but difficult to download from from net . Pl help me.
i as in Sudan but Eritrean nationality i apply to visa to the Indian embassy ,, they take about one year to issue that visa, at the end so the say we not give any visa to the Eritrean nationality, and i sent the passport and admission with ll the required papers to the Indian embassy but the said no if the application holder is not present in the embassy..

my experience with the Indian HC in Mombasa is the worst. the staff there give lame excuses that internet is down and ask you to come back the following week for your visa. the are very rude and uncooperative. They actually have the nerve to tell you on your face that we will reject your application when we complain about the delay. i would rate the Indian HC Mombasa office MINUS A MILLION. Strict action needs to be taken against the staff.
For the past 10 days I am trying to send fax (+254-20- 2316242) message to Passport Visa Section HCI, Nairobi regarding my passport detail[ but message is not going. If any body knows kindly send the correct fax number of Passport Visa Section of HCI Nairobi.

We introduce ourselves as Victory Floor Tiles Pvt.Ltd., a company located at Morbi in the state of Gujarat, India, manufacturing wall, floor and porcelain tiles. We export our tiles regularly to Middle East and African countries.
Recently, we have sent our material in the form of Ceramic Glazed Floor Tiles with measurement of 24061.2 Sq.Mtr worth USD 59002.30 vide Inv.No.VFT/EXP/007/10-11 dated 11.08.2010 to Zebra Tiles Ltd. P.O.Box.No. – 43985-00100, Nairobi, Kenya, on 11.08.2010 with the Consignment.
We have received the first installment of part payment of USD 10,000 on 20.12.2010 and second installment of part payment of USD 20,000 received on 22.02.2011 on the invoice value.
According to the original agreement, the party has to make the payment within 90 days from the date of shipment of the material. In spite of numerous reminders and phone calls, we have not received the balance money of the invoice amount of USD 29002.30. and the party has not given any reason for not making the payment. The person who was in contact with us on behalf of the said company is Mr.Pradip Shuh and his contact number which were given to us +254722511119 & +254737711999
Since this is a considerable amount for us, we request you to kindly look into the matter and guide us if there is any recourse for us to recover our dues.
