I am working as Accountant in Construction Company and i am getting a salary as per my contract but now they have decided to terminate my services and they have decided they will not give me whole month February salary but i worked whole month and my termination benefit like full month salary but they are giving only Basic salary and deducting like Accommodation and meals etc. they sending me home immediately. please address my issue early as early possible.
