I WAS DEPUTED TO MUSCAT/OMAN ON 17-DEC-2011 ON THE INSISTENCE THAT OUR COMPANY M/E ERA INFRA ENGG LTD WAS GOING TO OPEN A LLC CO BY THE NAME OF M/S ERA & PARTNERS CO LLC IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE ALAWIS (OWNER OF MODERN CONTRACTING)---DEPUTATION LETTER WAS ISSUED BY MR. RAJ SHARMA -VICE PRESIDENT (CORP)--THAT MY PAYMENT WILL BE INDIAN SALARY+30%DEPUTATION ALLOWANCE ON INDIAN SALARY @ OMR Rs 126/ OMR (conversion rate)+OMR 80 FOR FOODING +OMR 25 FOR MOBILE CARDS. THE TOTAL EMOLUMENTS WERE OMR 780 .DURING MY STAY AT OMAN I WAS NOT PAID 6 MONTHS SALARY. FINALLY I GAVE UP AND CAME BACK TO INDIA ON 26-JULY-2011 VIDE AIR INDIA FLIGHT VIA THE RETURN TICKET AND CONTACTED THE BASE COMPANY AT DELHI, THEY PAID ME 2 MONTHS SALARY IN INDIA WHICH THEY GOT DEPOSITED IN MUSCAT BANK WHICH I WIRED TO INDIA.AFTER 2-3 MONTHS STAY THEY ASKED ME TO RESIGN FOR NO REASON WHICH I SUBMITTED ON 5-NOV-2012. NOW MY PAYMENTS IN INR 3,55,606/- IS PENDING WITH THE COMPANY WHICH INCLUDES THE PAYMENT OF ERA & PARTNERS CO LLC. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW CAN I SUE THEM NOW WHEN I AM IN INDIA???? MY RESIDENT CARD NO IN OMAN WAS 89129715

To get oman family joining visa for daughter holding indian passport. Does it require birth certificate attestation from MEA India & Oman Embassy.
