dr sir i have no labour card, im from india, im working in oman just 5 days, i dont like work here, can i go to india without labour card?
My son Passport had been given to BLS for renewal from dated 04-05-2013 but till date I have not received any info from them has I visited them 5 times but they always say that it is with embassy if u have urgent u go and take from embassy this was their staff reply can somebody tell me why we are paying them the money if we have to do our own and leaving office we have to run to Indian embassy is it right. No information no sms what's going on can somebody tell me. Are BLS having professional staff working. Pls revert back.
my company closed. so send me to home.but last month salary and current working days or any gratuity. coming time air ticket...nothing pay to me..they threaten me block your visa likewise.bcoz i searched other offer in same oman. so u ask settlement u never come again oman.please help me to guide getting settlement and leave this company and comeback with new company.i planned to approach indian embassy.it will help?

My Brother working as Electrical engineer in LLC power engineers in Oman, Muscat but he completed their contract 2 years properly their labour card and visa got cancelled but company is forcing them to renew the visa then you can go to your native like they took his passport and original certificate before 6 months ago. but he is not interest to continue in the same company for the personal reason.after took his passport and originals his employer not responding his phone call and no response from their side almost 2 months what he has to do, he don't know. Then he went to Indian Embassy to complaint them and get his passport and their original certificate and send them to india in a proper way but after someday's his employer came and told that his passport was theft so kindly come for apply new passport like his employer forced him but he refused them and updated to Indian Embassy but they gave the time after 45 days till the time what he has to do he dont know. kindly suggest the correct path to get his originals and passport and proper relieving from this.

Dear Sir,i got an oofer from oman and taken my medical and send the same to the dcompnay along with my certifictae which is attested by uae,but it was not attested by oman embassy .Now they says that it should be attested from the embassy.my certictae is with them in muscat now.they told that thy wil get the attestation done from there.is it possible get attested from there?please advise....
