Sub: The Application For ICCR Scholarship
With due respect. I, Abdul Jalil Salimi son of Mr. Abdul Khalil, resident of Mazare Sharif, Balkh with passport no. ST007577, graduated from Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi, in the year 2009. Here, I would like to inform you that I have stepped into MBA (Master of Business Administration) program at Jamia Hamdar University, New delhi, and would also like to invite your attention to the major concern pertaining to this. Last year I appeared in the exam for the ICCR scholarship for the academic session 2011-2012 conducted by Indian embassy in Kabul at embassy itself, my ID (Identity number) number was 318. I had passed the exam successfully but very unfortunately could not go through the admission process as being late by the admission time.
Therefore, I may kindly request you to give me one more opportunity to avail the same scholarship, which is no denying of the fact, will enable me to peruse my master degree with good record that is of worth consideration for my whole career point of view. Please do the favor; I will be highly thankful to you.

I am a grad student studying engineering in USA. So I have traveled to many other countries before and I am well aware of mr rights and the regulations of a foriegn embassy. This summer I travled back to Afghanistan so I can take my sick mother to India for treatment. but When I went to indian general consulate in mazar, I was sadly disappointed by the reaction of the gaurds and someone called jaweed.
I was asked to bribe inorder to recieve a free visa application form. Once I resisted to pay any bribe, the guards in the door pushed me to the floor and warned to shoot me. Then the guy who was collecting the passports came out and treatened me that he will stamp my passport so I well never be allowed to get in to any country again. All this time I was calm and reacted profeshionally! When I asked to talk to someone indian incharge ,jaweed asked me to leave and I shouldn't tell anyone about this. And so I canceled my trip to India and made arrangments to take my mom to turkey for treatment.
It is very sad that even an embassy and vonsulate is corrupted like this. A country's embassy shows that nations culture and if that embassy is currapted it gives a very bad name to it's people.
I hope that you guys take a look into this issue and someone else doesn't face the sane problem as I did

Namastay,.As a refugee I am staying in Karachi Pakistan.But the life is getting harder & harder for the people like us.
so, I've decided to move out of here for good .I wonder if its the right place & time to apply for the immegrants visa from Afghanistan to India.If i will be obliged then i assure you that my family wont be a burden on Indian economy.
