Dear sir
I would like your assistance in getting my tourist visa for India.
The online application is faulty, I’m afraid, as when I have painstakingly entered all the info in the first page I click next page to comply…but it then pop ups a question asking me if I have been in Philippines for more than 2 years. The only option I have is to press ‘ok’ to remove the pop-up, but it does nothing to help me progress to the 2nd page.
I also tried the save the partial document, but when I enter the special code, it will not accept it.
I’d be very grateful if you could help me. I would visit your offices, but the website says nothing except online applications, as does your voice message. I am at a loss.

i am married to an pilipino lady and i am applying for her PIO in hydrabad and one of the requirements is to apostolate or authenticate our marriage certificate in indian embassy in phil which my marriage took place in phil last Nov 4 1987 only. Now her visa is going to expire this may 2013 and i wish to apply PIO in hydrabad umless it will be authenticate indian embassy in phil.
Can i authorize her friends or relatives to do this as she is in hydrabad india for the past 5 years now...kindly help me and give me personnel so i can contact him or her regarding my problem..
