i was in kuwait since 1999 and now in india from august 2011.my problem is i got another visa from kuwait but i could not finish pcc because of address proof.i took this passport from karnataka state and renewed from kuwat in 2003.now iam settled in kerala state from 2000. therefor i decided to change address and passport,my question is that can i use said visa on new passport and travel to kuwait since number is chenged?

Sir, I was selected as an employee by M/S Hot Engineering & Construction Company established in Kuwait. The company applied my visa but it was rejected two times by Ministry because of same name and date of birth(other) as mine.I asked the reason of my visa rejection. The company told me that someone name & DOB is same as mine who is block listed.I have never gone to Kuwait but company had sent the visa of block listed person.Please please help me and give me advice how this issue can be resolved.

Iam a marine engineer working in the rank of 4th engineer with Kuwait oil tanker co.They have issued me a sea service letter which has to be attested from your embassy . Iam living in India and can you suggest me the procedures to be followed.

i want annual leave after two years but company not giving leave what should i do.last time i come from india in may 2010.if i give resign company finish me after two or three months?I have residence permit from feb.2005 in this company but i am not working regular.My working period in company is (march 2005 to august 2005).after this company said there is no work u go work out side then i work out side regularly .in july 2011 company call me back to work inside the company.from july 2011 i work regular in company .if i resign i able to complain my seven year service money.please reply soon. Thanks
