I AM MOHAMMED ZIAUDDIN AHMED , MY CIVIL ID NO. IS.260030507065, CAME TO KUWAIT ON 22nd, JULY 2012 AND RESUMED THE WORK IN ARABTECH CGCC JV & HAD A WORK INJURY AT SITE DURING WORK ON 2ND AUGUST 2012.GOT OPERATED IN FARWANIA HOSPITAL operated (ORIF) done by inserting three screws 3.5mm, till now not yet removed from the left foot. Presently my left foot is swelling, paining and getting numbness. As per the Doctor's advise the three screws will be removed in a year's time and the swelling & pain will be there up to 8 months , and can't put the whole weight on the left leg in a normal manner. Precisely it takes 8 to 10 months for becoming normal manner. NOW I GOT TERMINATED FROM AARABTECH CGCC Jv kuwait.NOW THEY ARE SENDING BACK TO INDIA. SO PLEASE TELL ME THE CLAIMING PROCEDURE FOR THE COMPENSATION OF WORK INJURY. AWAITING TO RECIVE POSITIVE REPLY FOR CLAIMING PROCEDURE .
