Sir me yaha india se colling visa par aaya tha one year ka visa Mila but one year later I gived my passport for visa renu but unhone bola ye com . My friend has attended interview for System admin role in Malaysia, he got selected and went there on 10th Jan 2018 with temporary visa and 1 week before he got one year work permit. After he reached the company took the passport and did not provide the offered work and forced to do labor work. It has been 3 months being torched by the owner and they are not providing proper food, place and giving very low salary.
They are not releaving him by saying they got work permit visa for 1 year which is with his employer. He does not have passport to return back and he has not signed in any contract. Now his fathers health is not well and the company is not returning the passport to return back. Can you please help us for my friend return.
My friend's original passport, work permit visa and other documents with his employer who is not willing to return back to my friend. Kindly tell me how to save him because his father's health condition is very serious.
Please tell me how to save him and please help him to return to India.
And also tell me how can he return to India from Malaysia.
