outpass is vary expansive my fren go immigration pay 3500 riggit after that he go kajang jail 10days stay then immigration release him go india embassy said no help ilgals.

Dear Sukhwinder,
You have to check with Immigration Putrajaya as Final decision comes from Immigration of Putrajaya.

Please note that OUTPASS is issued by Malaysian Immigration NOT by the embassy.

If you have overstayed or has expired work permit, please refer yourself to the nearest Immigration office as Immigration would decide the next course of action including hefty penalty,arrest,jail terms even caning.

We advise our citizens to abide the law and remain legal at all times.
