Police clearance
As you know lots of Nepali workers working in India dose not matter where and what, it's easy to get work.
But when they need police clearance to apply for visa some other country, why its very hard to get it? Have to go all the way India and every police station of that area where the persons was or worked, then back to kathmandu in this office, again needs to go some Nepali administrative.
