Dear High Comission of Uganda,
We seek your help in the matter.
I was given an order worth USD 23650.00
The order is herewith attached for you ref.
Then I submitted proforma invoice for that order.
The Proforma invoice copy attached for your reference.
I received the International Cheque for their order against my proforma invoice.
We deposited the cheque in our bank and after 3 weeks our bank informed that the Cheque bounced and the reason slip of bounce cheque is also attached for your reference.
The cheque copy is attached for your reference.
The cheque bounce receipt from our bank is also attached for your refe.
We informed this fraud to the trader in Uganda many times after Cheque bounce but there seem to be no response from them or any clarification why this thing happened.
We request you to look into the attachments and help us out for the payment of the bounce charges deducted from our bank.
Your help would encourage the business between our two countries.
This would help other traders stop frauds in business in future.
We are also going to inform this thing to our embassy in Uganda.
We seek your cooperation.
