i am filling in ITEC/SCAAP forms and want to know if the English proficiency test and medical examination are carried out from the Embassy. Please, email me on rthkulabako@yahoo.com or call me on 0712839612.

BOX 23, JINJA – UGANDA, EAST AFRICA, PHONE NO. – 00256753156941, 002564135600 & 0025641356550/551/652, over telephonic conversion with the contract person of this concern Mr. Walusimbi K. Musa and Chirman Mr. Chaman regarding the said job Is a valid Company or Not?
We are informed you by our earlier letter GE/HCOI/1995/2012-13, dated – 27/09/2012. But till now I haven’t received any information from you.
So that we can take our further step for making the job successfully. Where as they are continuously giving me a letter for their job, which I enclosed e-mail letter dated – 11/10/2012 with this letter. We are unable to give any commitment to them until and unless I get any assurance from you.
Hope if you confirm us regarding the said job we can proceed later on. Now it is completely depend from your positive response.

Sir, I had filed the civil suit no:100 of 2004/ema 1736/2012 Rajeev Jain & others Vs TIBORUGABA Kansangaki and others.In High Court (Commercial Division)in Kampala, Uganda.
This case has been judged in our favour(Rajeev Jain)from India. and the defendent has been asked to give the money back but he refused to do so , "warrant of attachment & sale of movalble property" were Issued but the execution was stopped by The RDC of mbarara Mr. Clement Kandole to favour the defendent(John Tiborugaba Kansangkai & others). We need your help for execution of the court orders.
