My name is Noorullah Tokhi community based health care officer and community health works trainer With Welt Hunger Hilfe (WHH). My duty is to teach the women and men in community especially for internal displace people (IDP) and we have about fifty community health works (CHWs) twenty six male and twenty four female (CHWS). And we have twenty one family health group (FHG) too. My duty is to arrange trainings and held meeting with community leaders and follow community health works activities in the community. Beside of trainings I provide them monthly kits of some medicine for CHWs too. Our main focus is to change the behavior of community and we teach them the following lectures
Personal and home hygiene, breast feeding ,promoting birth spacing ,pregnancy and antenatal care ,safe food , safe water, safe latrine , common diseases and how the diseases spread and how to controlling of diseases spread by insect bites, immunization, diarrhea, tuberculosis, vital signs, first aid, HIV AIDS, drugs abuse, mental health, malnutrition, mother and new born child care. I provide them the following medicine oral contraceptives, condoms folic acid paracetamol multivitamins, anti-acid, septran, tabs and lotion chlorine, dressing set and antiseptics. But Taliban and their fundamentals militants are against our program especially family planning and they wanted to stop our program me. Taliban encourage the people to bring more and more children but we are opposite of Taliban for this reason I received several death threats from Taliban. But I keep continuously my jobs. Last month my mother died due to heart attack I want to go to my village for my mother death. But my relatives to me don’t come to the village Taliban arrest you just they are waiting for you. I received several oral and written warnings from Taliban through my relatives. Taliban has made it known to everybody that they will capture and kill any person who are working with international organization. For this reason my life is under risk. Taliban are very dangerous they kill me. I need your help to save my life and I will be much thankful from your kindness.

I have contacted M/s Shaheer Company located in Shahre Naw, Kabul City whereas they instructed me to contact you. since issuance/processing of visa normally takes 14 days therefore it will be so nice of you if you kindly allow me to submit my application through VIP office of this company. or please advise any other solution. because i have not enough time to for the normal procedure which takes 14 days.
