how are you wish you fine and everything going well. I have seen alot of scholarship of india to afghanistan students . sir you know that there is much corruption in afghanistan the people who are rich thier sons can get scholarship but the people who don't have any authority they can't get the scholarship . there for i request from that i am a 12th class student first position in all of my school classes. sir i request from by the time the scholarship of india come to afghanistan that you will in this year(2013). thank you.
