One of my Friends living in RIYADH got the visa through an agent Mr. Saud Al-Harbi from Al-YOUN he is Saudi national as one of our friend in Saudi Arabia purchased this visa from him 13000/- Saudi riyal. After arrived to Saudi Arab the Mr. Saud Al-Harbi (Agent) he has again 3000/- Saudi riyal to make residency permit (IQAMA). For 2 year everything was fine with my friend, yearly Mr. Saud Al-Harbi (Agent) taking KAFALATH OF 6000/- Saudi riyal from my friend to renew his IQAMA. For the 3rd renewal of my friend IQAMA he pay same amount which he was paying for past 2 years 6000/- Saudi Riyal the person who is working in Mr. Saud Al-Harbi (Agent) office he informed to my friend to come after 10days to collect your IQAMA .
After 10 day Friend went to Mr. Saud Al-Harbi (Agent) office he comes to know that his Original Sponsor has put him on the ‘hurub’ (run away list). When my friend inquiry the person who is working with Mr. Saud Al-Harbi (Agent) office he told that Mr. Saud Al-Harbi (Agent) and my friends Original SPONSOR have financial fights Coz Saud Al-Harbi (Agent) has not paying profit to my friend sponsor. Without informing to my friend or Mr. Saud Al-Harbi (Agent), My Friends Original sponsor give a Complaint and put him on (run away list) hurub’.
Mr. Saud Al-Harbi (Agent) and my friend Original Sponsor are Saudis in both Saudis fight my friend is facing problem.
No one is taking responsibility to Cancel the hurub complaint and take him out from (run away list) hurub.
How can my friend run away (hurub) when he is paying yearly KAFALATH of 6000/- Please help him to remove him from (run away list) hurub’ or give him a legal EXIT so that he can take new VISA and come back to Saudi Arab again

We are indian (Abdullah,Sathik ali,Abusahad,Sha Fahad) Living in Jeddah We came to Saudi Arabia to under the sponsorship of Mr.Maudhah Musfif Amir Al Hawash in Khamis Mosait before two year. We got the visa through an agent Mr. Adil Suraiji_ Saudi national _as one of our friend in Saudi Arabia purchased this visa from him. After our arrival we could not get job or residency permit(iqama) After we arrived here we paid SR.3000 each again for issuasnce or residence permit(iqama) But till now the sponsor did not issue iqama,
Recently we checked our status from Compute print out. The status is HURUBB (Run away) But our sponsor told he did not give any Hurub Complaint ( we know he telling lie) but he said if you want passport or any documents for cancelation Hurub he will issue..
So How can we Cancel the hurub complaint please help in the problem……….

I am a mechanical engineer came to Saudi Arabia one year before. I am presently working in one Saudian company in Yanbu. This company was cheating me, because this company having only two members, one is a technician and other is me, For last five months i am not getting salary. My company saudi is treating me as a helper only, he is not willing to give me vacation also. If i ask about my salary he is just escaping only. I came here as a mechanical engineer and my visa status is also an engineering visa. I have Saudi Arabia embassy attestation for my certificate. Here am very much suffering in my company. Since last one year our company doesn't have any regular income in our company. As an Indian what can i do to get exit from Saudi Arabia. I am requesting to Indian embassy to give some ideas for me to come out of this. This is the worst situation of an engineer. Again i am kindly requesting Indian embassy to please do some help for me.

Sir, I'm facing great problem in Mohammed Al-OJAIMI JEDDAH.I became mentally disturb due to torturing continue by Toxic manager Pasha.I want to go back india.But he is not sending me and tells that what to do ,do anything i'll not send you. contract left 3 months,after end of the contract he don't send on the time. A complaint for same has been registered with Indian Overseas Affairs Ministry- New Delhi with Registration Number is : MOOIA/E/2011/00128.
Till date, the salary has not been paid. On all collective front M/s ABC Inetn’l. Placement Agency- Delhi and their Client M/s Gulf Jal - Riyadh have failed to show sincerity and responsibilities of this serious issues despite of past 2 months requesting and follow up. No concrete action have been taken so far to alleviate the suffering of workers at clients hand.
They again started beating torturing and forcibly taken theirs signature on blank paper or letter head of Co. I believe all are mostly concern about of their business rather than poor workers. As informed earlier in mails and faxes that worker might go to resorting committing Suicide as they are desperate and hopeless. Hence we still have time to take stern action by your good and powerful resources at hand. Please show the sympathy and willingness for poors.

Is it mandatory (compulsory) to have spouse name on one's passport in order to get the family visa ??
Can a family visa be processed based on the marriage certificate duly attested by the Saudi embassy in India without the spouse name being mentioned on one's passport ?
