i am doing work in "cube metal" as a aluminium fabricator since 4 year.
1st time i came here 07/07/2008 and i went vocation 10/07/2010 after 60 days comeback and after 6 month again i went emergency vocation for 60 days.
now 14/09/2011 will finish my contract but my company is not giving me final-exit.

My Father is more than 50 years old, before three months , htrough merlin travels he joined in saudi arabia company, now he have soinal gaurd problem so require some tratment in india, so he asked for leave for return, they not allowed my father to return india, Passport is with them, they told two years must have to work. So please advice what is the neccessary action we have to take for return to india

dear sir, i am working as a staff nurse in AL tadamon policlinic since 2004 january 3..near 8 years...now i am asking my exit and my benefit but there not give anything coz no staff.we r asking salary evrytime late..no facilities..not clean illeagal everything..we cant complaint coz no off day every day more tahn 12 hours duty..wat i wil do pls help me.
