I am a widow of Mr. Kadar Latif Shirgaonkar and my husband expired in Saudi Arabia while going to Umrah. The Death Certificate is sent to Jeddah office my in-laws are not going to give the same i am the legal heir for the same, pl. guide me in this matter.
Sir I am a widow of Mr.Kadar Latif Shirgaonkar my husband expired while going to Umrah near by some village in Macca Madina. His final Dafan process was done by my concent, but my in-laws are not ready to give me the Death Certificate. So please guide me in this matter.
