there is no response or necessary guidelines in this matter. I am attaching the same letter again
AS I am legal wife of Mr.Kadar Lafir Shirgaonkar, I am staying in Nasik City with my old mother, as my In-Laws have pushed me out of my House as soon as my husband's death. They are having their own house at Mumbai Goregaon (east) in india..and other propertytoo and they are not ready to give me my husband's Death Certificate for legal matters which i have to carry on, my father-in-law and mothe-in-law are also no more. Hence i request you to please consider my case sympatheticaly and guide me in this matter to get a copy of death certificate. My husband was buried by giving power Attorney to my relative who stay in Saudi. Necessary documents I have attached herewith.
