MY BROTHER IS WORKING IN SAUDI ARABIA FOR FAST 3 YEARS . BUT INITIALLY AGENCY TOLD WITH US CONTRACT WAS FOR 2 YEARS BUT NOW HIS OWNER IS SAYING VISA CONTRACT FOR 3 YEARS. EVENTUALLY HE HAS CLEARED HIS WORK CONTRACT .BUT TILL NOW HIS OWNER HAS NEVER HIS IQAMA .BUT HE IS ALL READY CLEARD HIS 3YRS 1 MONTH . My brother submit his passport and valid Iqma to one suadi sponser for transfer his sponsership,but after passing two month neither he provide accomodation nor given the job.So my brother want to go back to India but the saudi not returning the passport,always giving different reasons.So please give the way as he will be able to go India.
