M/s. SIMFER IC VE DIS TIC LTD. ST1, Tekstilkent KOZA PLAZA - 'B' Block, Kat 6 No. 708, 34235 Esenier, ISTANBUL - TURKEY Cheated and did fraud with M/s. SIMFER HOME SOLUTION PVT. LTD. PHAGWARA (Pb) INDIA
by supplying defective goods and goods of China Origin declaring Turkey Origin, and Secondly voilated
Terms & Conditions of Agreement of appointment as Sole Distributor for India. They appointed Sole Distributor to this party and without their consent and n.o.c. appointed another party as sole distributor of India. Complaint already sent to MEA and C.G. ISTANBUL- TURKEY.
Requested for taking up the matter with Turkey Govt. and claim paid to the Indian Party , requested.

gud mrng sir.... I am an indian cdc holder. I have been working here in samsun ro-ro port from last 3 months. My salary is 300$ per month but till today they have given me only 100$ whenever i ask them for remaining money they just saying like ki u dont worry we will give u your money. My ship is too old ,ship is going to scrap, my company DPA(designated person ashore) is saying if we arent buying new ship so u will have to go back to hindustan... Hi you doing!! I invested money with ( planetchemco) 493.00 for my product and when I sent the 493.00 THAY THEN TOLD
ME THAT I NEED TO SEND IN 525.00 for the insurance fees
I sent the 525.00 thay said its refundable when you get your package.so I sent it in.THEN TWO DAYS LATER THAY
SENT A EMAIL TO ME and told me to verify to make sure it was the right address.and thay had the wrong address and told them that thay put the wrong address.and thay said thats the address I give them. which I knew the address I gave them was the right address.thay TOLD ME TOO SEND IN 150.00 because thay had too send it back.so I pay it even though it wasn't my fault it was theirs.so sent that 150.00.so now thay telling me to send in 210.00 dollars now.I DO AND REALLY THANK THIS IS A fraud/scam
