Sir, My mother is expired and i need to complete her last religious services at Hariduwar for her soul to be in heaven.
God Bless her, so if possible, please give me visa as soon as possible to rest her soul.

I send one fax and email on feb 23, 2011 about my visit visa. Just I want to know that I can collect my visa if I come to Islamabad your High Commission of India.
