i have 4 daughters and 1 son we all have norwegian nationality and my mother have british passport we all want to go to india whats the procedure plz tell

Its my personal experience that your services are very very slow even in attending fon call,only computer replies,but when call transferred to concerned person,no body was there to reply,up to more than 10 min,its extremely disgusting.
