Comments on this High Commission
I am a Pakistani national. I visited India this April almost 8 months ago to see my ailing real elder brother. Now he has undergone a surgery. So keeping in view his latest surgery and pretty old age 75+ alongwith his deteriorating state of health I wish to see him again as soon as possible. So my query is that either under the prevailing visa policy I can apply for the visit visa (second time within a calendar year). Please proceed on sympathetic grounds.
Thanks and regards.
