on 08-09-09 l phoned your embassy to get information on any indian restaurants around harare. Very well she gave me 2 places and phone numbers but l wanted to verify if she knew anyother place, she just turned nasty and started shouting at me "l have other phones ringing and l do not know any place why are you still holding yet l have already answered you. l had other issues to ask but could not ask l asked whom l was speaking to and she said the receptionist. she even hang up on me. this happened on 08.09.11 at 3.26pm
My complain
1. as an embassy l think your switch board should have a hold button to allow your receptionist to answer multiple calls
2. You are the service centre for indians some of which do not understand english you need to be patient on the phone to allow them to get as much information as possible without fear.
3. it is rude for someone to hang up on the person who has called especially at an embassy,
4. i am disappointed
