My name is Lenka Fernandes ( from Czech Republic) and I am married to Mr. Melroy Fernandes, an Indian residing in Mumbai. I will begin working in Dubai from 15 Aug 2013, and would need to be visiting my In-Laws in November. However since my marriage has not completed a year, I am aware that I can not yet apply for a PIO card. I would be needing an Entry Visa, could you kindly assist me in obtaining one .
