wanted to file counter case in arab from india
in an accident my client and his friend was in a car and they met with an accident and in this accident my client was badly injured but his friend died and his friend's family filed a case against my client.so now i want to counter case against them.

AS PER THE RULES,IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE PASSPORT OF INDIANS RESIDING IN DUBAI IS CONFISCATED WHEN IT IS PRESENTED FOR RENEWAL IF THE CONCERNED OFFICIALS OF CGI,DUBAI ARE INFORMED ABOUT THE CRIME NO,THE L.O.C DETAILS,THE CRIMINAL CASE NO PENDING IN THE INDIAN COURT ETC.,WANT TO KNOW IF THIS IS REALLY DONE IN WORDS AND SPIRITS AND DOES IT REQUIRE ANY DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE.

IMPOUNDING OF PASSPORT-REG
AS PER THE PASSPORT RULES,IT SHOULD BE IMPOUNDED IF THERE IS A PENDING CRIMINAL CASE/ARREST WARRANT/LOOK-OUT CIRCULAR ON THE HOLDER OF THE PASSPORT BUT THEN IT IS QUITE UNFORTUNATE THAT NO ACTION HAS BEEN INITIATED ON THE HOLDER OF PASSPORT NO:F0079002 FOR REASONS BETTER KNOWN TO THE OFFICIALS OF CGI,DUBAI ONLY.THIS ATTITUDE NEEDS DEFINITE CHANGE BRINGING IN THE REQUISITE SOLUTION THAT WOULD DEFINITELY INFUSE BETTER CONFIDENCE REGRADING THE SERVICES PROVIDED.

DENIAL OF PASSPORT-REG..
THE FIR IS REGISTERED WITH THE CHENNAI POLICE AND THE CRIMINAL CASE IS FILED IN THE CHENNAI COURT.THE LOOK-OUT NOTICE HAD ALREADY BEEN CIRCULATED ON 22/01/2014.THE PASSPORT NO:F0779002 OF THE PRIME ACCUSED IS GETTING EXPIRED ON 18/11/2014 AND HENCE REQUEST THE DENIAL OF RENEWAL SINCE THE PASSPORT ACT DOES NOT PERMIT THE RENEWAL WHEN THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE IS PENDING IN THE COURT.AN IMMEDIATE EXPEDITION IS REQUESTED AND SHALL HIGHLY BE APPRECIATED.

Request for helping to trace my sister husband
Dear all I am here to know whether if a person takes her wife and drops her in her home town India (Bangalore) &returns w/o informining to her wife or any one along with his wife passport and threaten her for seeking divorce and also allowing her not to join him in Dubai when I ask him he refused to talk about it and never takes my call till date so I spoke to his parents and his brother who leaves in Dubai but they say it's husband and wife fight and they don't know about it and not to refer them on this issue again this seems its a plan game with in family to wash hand from the marriage also they have spoil my sister life &carrier so I really want to bring my sister back to Dubai for which I need legal advice on which I can proceed to trace this family and get justice towards my sister.

Work Place Information & Depoting my Husband
Dear Sir, My husband has not been contacting my child and me even after regularly call and when I call up the office board line the office staff is abusing me and threathen me that they will give a complain to the police if we call up at the board line since office board line is only for official purpose or else they say that he is on the plant. I would only like to know if a person is absconding due to family or job reason then do I have every rigth to call up the office board line to speak to my husband or the office rules are different in Dubai and else where in the world. Is the Dubai office does not owe any responsibility of the people working in their office. Further I have been mentally harressed and torched by this behaviour so where do I go to approach for justic.
