Dear Sir,

My marriage with TABASSUM was solemnized on 6/11/2000 at poona as per Islamic rites, rituals and ceremonies . prior to my marriage I was working abroad. I have two children out of the said wed lok, namely son ABDULLAH and daughter ELAAF. They both are in my custody as per the order passed by hon;ble family court judge, court, court no 5 poona, on 24 july 2012.
After marriage I had lots of matriomonl problems with Tabassum and had deserted me and my children and, therefore, I was forced to file custody petition bearing No. 81/2010 before the hon;ble family court judge, court, court no 5 Poona. Under the provisions of Mohammedan Law by which we are governed. When the said petition was filed by me, Tabassum had left matrimonial home and had eloped away from the matrimonial home and her whereabouts were not known to any of the family members relatives, and friends. Even the family members of Tabassum were not knowing her whereabouts and they had also lodged a missing police complaint against her. The complaint is being launched by her uncles,(Tabassum fathers, younger brother) Mr Razzak Abdullah Shaikh in the Rawiwar Peth police chockey, Poona, Maharashtra, India. After following the proper procedure of the court of law i have obtained permanent custody of my minor children from the hon;ble family court judge, court, court no 5 Poona.
Recently on 13/02/2013 Tabassum , her brother IQBAL RAHIM SHAIKH +919850477735, and her sister in law tried to persuade the children and were trying their level best to take the children from the school. Accordingly, Tabassum had visited the school of my minor children and tried to persuade them by giving them eatables, though she is very much aware of the fact that the hon;ble family court judge, court, court no 5 Poona, have already handed over the permanent custody of the children to me. When i learnt about the said fact, I said Tabassum and her brother not to interfere or meet the children without following the proper procedure of law, as she had left the small children when the kids were in need of a mother in the age of 5 years (daughter) and (son) of 8 years.
The details and copies has been enclosed of the previous complain asainst Tabassum to the Embassy of India DOHA QATAR in the year 2010, of which the gold, important documents, and cash remains, which was theft, and robbed by Tabassum.
Tabassum had made all the fake and forged doucments before to become a teacher which can be proved and had been deported and trown out from the country for the same in the year 2010 from the Noble Indian kinder garden Doha Qatar, also copies attached of the same, the same way Tabassum is trying to make forged documents of my minor children for their passport, for which she was almost success, but things were not so easy, and on 13th feb 2010, she had given wrong information to the police, and because of her wrong information, I myself had to be in prision.
Tabassum again ran away, eloped, and escaped on the very next day on 14th feb 2010, before i could follow legal procedure to take a necessary action against Tabassum.
Inspite to resolve the issue amicably Tabassum and her brother became more aggressive and adamant and they assaulted me for no rhyme or reason, I therefore, apprehend endanger to me and my minor children at the hands of above persons and , therefore kindly request you to look into the matter as she may go to any extent of harming me and my minor children. Every step of me and my children we apprehend danger of our lives and limbs at their hands.
I, therefore, kindly request you to please look into the matter seriously and to take father action against Tabassum.

Iam Ravi dass, NANDOS UAE BRANCH blocked my visa. They are not renew & not cancel my ViSA.I conduct many time but no re ponce NANDOS UAE BRANCH . I try another job but visa stats blocked.Please Help sir iam helpless for Visa .

Deported to India Due to Scar
I am pooja from india, i have been recruited by a company in dubai.. i was happy with the company and living. but dubai government deported me due to scar on my chest and they say i have old TB. i came back to India and went through all medical test. and the result is i dont have any TB. i have all my medical reports can i visit dubai with my report talk to doctors and rejoion my company please suggest me. i need your help on this
