I am an exporter, and was to receive the SWIFT transfer against Advance Payment for the Goods, but the intermediary bank HSBC,New York has put the payment on Hold and asked us to present the below documents issued by Supreme Court of Cameroon
1. Accreditation Certificate/Attestation Certificate Notarized.
2. Notarized Waiver Clearance for Terrorsim Finance Non Involvement
