I have passed the H. S. C. exam.in 2012. I have secured GPA 5.00 both in S. S. C. and H. S. C. with Letter marks in all subjects. Now I would like to study B. Sc. Engineering in a reputed university in your country. May I have a scholarship during my study?

I am Mahmuda Huda, My Bangladeshi International passport No. AA1239672. I have applied Indian Tourist Visa 16th October 2012. I have not my previous passport(I have submitted previous of my lost passport G.D copy). That is why I have not visit India. I have didn't visit India Before. So possibly due to this miss information. I have not been given visa. Can you please suggest me how can I solve this problem and get visa.
