The telephone number for the Consulate in Cape Town goes straight through to a FAX -- therefore is useless. The number of BLS International Indian Passport and Visa Service Centre Customer Care -- NO REPLY. USELESS. When we were in the BLS offices last week a customer was heard to say that he had been phoning regarding a Visa to the number advertised on the Web site continuously for 2 weeks and was equally frustrated. HOPELESS. We want to come to India and spend money and bring Tourism to your country. The services in Cape Town do not make that easy.
