Dear Sir
I am a citizen Nepal and I am living in Melbourne from more than 4 years.
I hold the passport and student visa ,and it is still valid till 2014.
I went back to Nepal on 2012 and I got so hard situation in Nepal crisis over nepal, and i became the victim of Nepalese politics last year.
There i was attacked by some groups of political people , based on my political openion, they attacked me.
Then immidately i flew to Australia and applied protection visa.
I got refuse by immigration saying that Nepalese citizen can relocate in India based on 1950 treaty between India and Nepal.
And also again RRT also decides the same thing
That neplese citizen can relocate in india.
Does India & australia has any treaty to relocate nepali citizens who hold refugee status and currently living in australia?
I am seriously concern about this matter that
In my protection visa application and RRT ,there is written that i m a victim of Nepal and has written i m a refugee according to conventional ground
According to Australian government policy, and australian migration act,i am not eligible for protection visa
Therefore
Can you accept me as a refugee in
India according to friendship treaty between nepal and india.
Tribunal accepts that i am a refugee and wants to relocate in india.
Do you agree and accept me as a refugee from Nepal and all nepali citizens , who applied protection visa in australia?
Can you accept all Nepali people who have refugee status in australia,to relocate in india?
Does australia and india have any relocation or resettlment process treaty for nepali citizens?
Sincerely

this vfs-in-au.net website is is poorly made and lacks information on process time for student visas, we have had to cancel our flights now and reschedule them.. I recommend for anyone applying for a student visa to apply at least 3 weeks before!
Also, phone services are unhelpful and rude.
Dear Madam / Sir,
With all due respect, but your web site at "http://www.vfs-in-au.net" is atrocious! Have you ever tested it? There are great programmers in India; how about get someone with appropriate skills to fix it up.
regards
U
I filled 7 time on visa form at online vfs-in-au.net
all that time I cannot finish filling form. I try 7 hour to just filling the visa form on line I was unsuccessful to complete it please contact me punjabi137@live.com.au I think online service is totally rubbish Thanks
apparently a lot of misconception exists over transit visas whilst visiting ports in India To visit a port and only one port is a transit visa holder allowed to go ashore ? time in port less than 7 hours
