Dear Sir,
I am Guy from Congo-Brazzaville and I have enrolled since october 2011 to take the PostGraduate Diploma in Human righst by distance learning. I have to take the first year exam here in Congo and willing to know if the Embassy can invigilate the exam with protor. The exam will take place in June 2012( 19th to 24th June 2012).
